Rachael’s approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. She utilizes trauma-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients build insight, develop effective coping skills, and increase resilience. Rachael strives to meet clients where they are and create a safe space for exploration, healing, and personal growth.
