Approach/Philosophy: Amanda is a counselor who is deeply committed to helping individuals and families heal from trauma, addiction, and life’s most challenging experiences. She believes strongly in resilience and the power of healing, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can reconnect with their strengths, learn new skills, and move toward wholehearted living. Amanda uses a trauma-focused approach that draws from multiple therapeutic orientations and interventions, thoughtfully tailored to each individual. As a clinician and clinical supervisor, she brings together evidence-based practices and compassion to honor each client’s unique path.
Expertise: Since 2006, Amanda has worked in the counseling field as a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor, supporting individuals and families impacted by addiction. Over time, she has expanded her training and found a deep passion for working with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, toxic stress, and other adverse life experiences.
