Approach/Philosophy: Elise is exploring her approach to counseling, emphasizing trauma-informed care to help clients grow and thrive. She values confidentiality, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, and is dedicated to empowering clients to create fulfilling lives.
Expertise: Elise previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, where she implemented skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans and applied de-escalation strategies during behavioral crises. She built and maintained positive rapport with children and caregivers while upholding client dignity and confidentiality. She is now a student pursuing her Master’s degree in Counseling.
